Amman - Middle East University, represented by the Faculty of Media, concluded a joint cooperation agreement with Arab Media Forum. The agreement includes the fields of media training, knowledge exchange and information activities.
The ceremony was attended by the member of the Board of Trustees Dr. Ahmed Nasereddin. It was signed by the University's President Mohammad Al Hileh and the secretary-general of Arab Media Forum Madi Abdullah Khamis.
The agreement provides for the consolidation of relations between the two sides. Dr. Al Hileh said that this agreement comes to develop the performance and the outputs of the Faculty of Media. In his turn, Mr. Madi Khamis praised the great progress witnessed by Middle East University in all fields. He stressed that this agreement will pave the way soon to open the field of media training for the students of the Faculty of Media.
The Middle East University was founded in 2005 as a Graduate Studies University with twelve specializations. Towards the beginning of the academic year 2008-2009 the university opened twenty specializations for both Graduate and Undergraduate students with the ongoing growth in staff and students.
